The web-based statistical reporting tools developed by us have been applied to cancer data within several translational research projects during the last few years. Last year a “next generation” reporting tool developed by our research group was integrated into a new Quality Registry for Cancer Care within the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa, which will serve a population of 1.4 million people. These methods are further studied and developed, and could be implemented on a national level within quality registries for cancer care. |
