The European Virtual Microscopy Network

The application enables virtual microscopy servers to be connected and provide optimal connection speeds to users from all regions of Europe. The aim of the network is also to act as a platform for sharing content to the microscopy community. The application includes a novel intelligent technique for mirroring the slides across the network.

Case-match online survival estimation

Originally described in an article in BMJ, this application allows for advanced survival analysis in large databases and pooling of data for cross-country comparisons of cancer outcome. All processing is performed on the server and no other software except for a common web-browser is needed to use the system.
